Lost packages are the carrier’s responsibility after 7-14 days. We will assist with claims but cannot guarantee recovery.

No returns on opened products (hygiene policy)

30-day guarantee on unopened, sealed products only
All returns require prior approval and prepaid labels (US only).

You use products at your own risk. Follow all instructions and consult a healthcare provider if you have medical concerns. We are not responsible for allergic reactions, infections, or adverse effects from improper use.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product causing the issue. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Mobile County, Alabama. You consent to personal jurisdiction in these courts.
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, supply chain disruptions, or carrier issues.
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect.
