Sweet Nuttins is committed to your satisfaction with our small-batch flavored intimacy sprays. This Refund Policy outlines our return process, conditions for refunds, and how we handle damaged or defective products while maintaining hygiene standards appropriate for intimate products.

 

1. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee (Unopened Products Only)

We offer refunds on unopened, sealed products within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible for Refund:

  • Products that remain completely unopened and sealed in original packaging

  • Purchased directly from snflavors.com

  • Returned within 30 days from delivery date

  • Product and packaging in resaleable condition

NOT Eligible for Refund:

  • Opened products (even if barely used) – due to hygiene and safety concerns for intimate products

  • Taste preference returns – flavor is subjective and personal; we cannot accept returns based on taste

  • Change of mind after opening the product

  • Products damaged by customer handling or misuse


2. Damaged or Defective Products

We replace or refund products that arrive damaged or defective.

What Qualifies:

  • Leaking bottles upon arrival

  • Broken seals (not opened by customer)

  • Product that smells off or appears contaminated

  • Incorrect product shipped (wrong flavor)

Process:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of damage/packaging

  2. Email [your support email] with order number and issue description

  3. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label (US only)

  4. Upon inspection, we will either:

    • Refund full purchase price (including original shipping)

    • Send replacement product at no additional cost

    • Issue store credit if replacement unavailable


3. Return Process (Unopened Products)

To return eligible unopened products:

  1. Contact us at support@snflavors.com within 30 days of delivery

  2. Provide order number, product details, and reason for return

  3. Receive prepaid return shipping label (US customers only)

  4. Package securely in original condition with all labels/seals intact

  5. Ship back using provided label within 10 days of receiving instructions

  6. Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receipt and inspection

Important: International returns are customer’s responsibility (shipping costs both ways).


4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used products – hygiene/safety policy for intimate products

  • Products purchased with discount code exceeding 50% off (unless damaged)

  • Personalized or custom orders

  • Shipping costs (except damaged/defective scenarios)


5. Discreet Returns Process

Your privacy remains protected during returns:

  • Plain return packaging – no product details visible

  • Neutral return address – no indication of contents

  • Discreet prepaid labels – generic merchant information only

  • Private processing – no questions about usage, just condition verification

Same discretion standards as your original order.


6. Refunds Processing Time

  • Credit card refunds: 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect return

  • Store credit: Immediate upon approval

  • PayPal refunds: Processed within 24 hours of approval

  • Replacements: Shipped within 2 business days of approval

Refunds appear on your original payment method. Processing time varies by bank/payment processor.


7. Order Issues (Not Received/Lost)

Missing or lost packages:

  • Contact us with tracking number within 14 days of expected delivery

  • We will work with carrier to locate package

  • Replacement shipped once carrier confirms non-delivery (typically 7-14 days)

Wrong address provided by customer:

  • Customer responsible for shipping costs to correct address
